Goat Milk Soap:
My goat milk soap is made with goat milk from my happy, healthy herd of Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats. I use a unique, researched formula developed by me in my farmhouse kitchen which in fact is 38% goat milk.
*Why Goat Milk? Same pH as our skin which makes it readily absorbed. Over 30 skin loving minerals and vitamins. Excellent carrier for other skin loving nutrients.
FRESH Raw Goats Milk: My goats are fed a locally sourced feed, quality tested hay, and provided fresh water, along with ample pasture for them to roam. I make sure to raise them as sustainably as possible; only using medicines when necessary to maintain their health and well being.
*I do not add any water to my Goat Milk Soap.
Base Oils: I use organic, sustainably harvested base oils purchased from reputable suppliers.
Botanicals: I use wild crafted, locally grown botanicals when possible in all the products. No pesticides.
Essential Oils: I use pure essential oils from only reputable supply companies, steam distilled.
Fragrance Oils: Only Phthalate FREE and skin safe fragrance oils are used.
Colorants: I use both clays and skin safe micas to color soaps. These are checked to be sure they are not harmful to the skin.
MY Base recipe: FRESH, RAW Goat Milk, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Palm Oil, Canola Oil, Olive Oil, and Food Grade Sodium Hydroxide.
