I combined menthol with Eucalyptus and Rosemary essential oils to make the most out of your shower therapy. Super easy to use. 
Just place on the floor of your shower, not in the direct path of the water. When washing your body, the water will activate the steamer. Find the steam and inhale deeply. No time for a shower? Place the steamer into a plastic baggie and gently tap with a hammer. Take a piece of the steamer and drop it into a sink full of steaming hot water. Cover your head with a towel, and I hale the steam.
Make sure to CLOSE the baggie to save the rest of the steamer for later.
DO NOT USE IN BATH TUB.
